At Noore Brides, every bridal ensemble is meticulously handcrafted and made exclusively for each client. As every order is customized based on individual design preferences, measurements, fabrics, and embroidery, our return and cancellation policy differs from standard retail purchases.

Made-to-Order Creations

Every outfit showcased on our website is intended to demonstrate our craftsmanship and design capabilities.

Once your design, measurements, fabrics, embroidery, and other customization details are finalized, your outfit is created exclusively for you by our artisans.

For this reason, all confirmed orders are considered personalized orders.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

We encourage every client to carefully review all design details, measurements, and customization preferences during the consultation process before confirming the order.

Exchanges

As every bridal outfit is individually handcrafted for a specific client, we do not offer exchanges.

Order Cancellation

Customers may discuss changes before production begins.

However, once payment has been received and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Our artisans begin sourcing fabrics, preparing embroidery, and allocating production resources specifically for your garment immediately after order confirmation.

Design Approval

Before production begins, clients are encouraged to carefully review and approve all design specifications discussed during their consultation.

Once approval has been provided, any significant design changes may not be possible or may result in additional production costs and revised timelines.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that an issue arises with your order, our team will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and work towards a fair resolution wherever reasonably possible.

Our goal is always to ensure that every bride receives a beautifully crafted outfit that reflects the agreed design and quality standards.
