Can I customize any design?
Absolutely. Every bridal outfit can be customized to match your preferred silhouette, embroidery, fabrics, colors, neckline, sleeves, dupatta style, and other design details.
Do you recreate designer-inspired bridal outfits?
Our creations are inspired by timeless couture craftsmanship and your individual preferences. During your consultation, we work closely with you to create a bridal ensemble that reflects your vision while showcasing Noore Brides' signature craftsmanship.
How long does production take?
Production generally takes 40–60 days, depending on the complexity of the design and embroidery.

How long does delivery take?
Once your outfit is completed and passes our quality inspection:
- India: Approximately 5–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly create bridal couture for brides across the world and offer international shipping.
How do international consultations work?
Our team conducts personalized video consultations for brides worldwide. During the consultation, we discuss your design ideas, fabrics, measurements, customization options, timeline, and delivery requirements.
How do I provide my measurements?
Measurements are collected after your consultation. We provide detailed guidance to help you submit accurate measurements before production begins.
Can I change my measurements after production starts?
No. Once production begins, measurements cannot be modified, as fabrics are cut and embroidery work is planned specifically for your garment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and production has commenced.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As every outfit is handcrafted exclusively for each client, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you provide alterations after delivery?
We do not provide alteration services after delivery. In exceptional situations involving a verified production-related fitting concern, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill alteration reimbursement of up to USD $50.
How is pricing determined?
Every bridal outfit is uniquely priced based on factors such as:
